Clean good location nice room

It's cleanliness.

The heat pump which is also used as an air conditioner is very noisy. It's impossible to sleep next to this type of machine. I have one at home but it is outside, not in my bedroom. We will never go back to this hotel.

Room is very clean.

The hotel staff was not very friendly. The shower faucet water volume can't be adjusted - waste if water.

Close to everything. Clean and breakfast time was good.

I didn't like that it smell cigarettes smoke in the hallway. It finally got to my room.

Location

No kleenex, the king sized bed had queen sized sheets on it, the pillows were old and hard.

Staff was very friendly. The room was nice and everything was very clean they also provide free breakfast. This is also in a very good location. Not far from downtown by vehicle ... Would definitely recommend this to a friend

Very nice hotel. Nice location. Nice and somewhat healthy continental breakfast.

Only complaint was the street address. Seems there are two St. John Baptists. MapQuest sent us to the wrong one and when we questioned the Quebec police, they tried to send us to the wrong one. This is not the downtown address.

Very efficient; all you need for city trip; cleanliness, internet and bathroom all good; location good if you come by car, ample parking

This hotel is nice. It is a bit old but is well maintained. It has 4 floors and an elevator. Staff was very nice. This is our second stay at this hotel and we liked it both times. We had the chance to get a king size bed for a very good price.

The bed is slightly firm but comfortable. The room, with its king size bed was very very small. The clothes hangers are over the left side of the bed and, my husband who's 6 feet tall would have easily hit his head on the sharp corners.

Their staff is cooperative ..free parking and breakfast.

The location is good, tim close Horton close by. Grocery store across The street.

The stupid smoking room. I didn't know that still exist. The personel at front desk are very rude. They are unhelpful and very rude. They sounds like cops, very serious and the first word goes out of their mouth is " by law". Water is 1.99 theycharge 2.5$

Hard to find; very poorly located; too far from town and highway confusing directions make things worse

the location is perfect. clean room at an affordable price.

Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

Microwave were not available in the rooms.
