Cons -
- No elevators, no luggage storage, Three day stay with no clean towels. Heater in room did not work so was extremely cold.
- I booked the room for 4 people, the room has average lighting. Most of the power sockets were not working and the doors to the bathroom and windows were not easy to open / close. The hotel phone number given in the booking did not work.
- Hotel badly maintained, dirty pillows, hair everywhere in the bathroom, very small room, old mattress where we feel the springs. I would not pay more than ---$ for this room, really a tourist catcher.

location
Good breakfast
Lady locked herself out of room had trouble calling line was busy got thru someone came very quick
Its location is very good closer to all activities.
There is no elevator. It was difficult to climb staircase
Bad experience with a hotel like this.
Check in time was in the afternoon, we had to wondering out for 7.5 hours.TV was not working, the room was too tight, hit my head and feet several time, got a room at 4th floor, prefer to have a room at lower floor, so don't need to carry luggage up and down.
The room was cosy, comfortable, clean and very quiet. Shower is small but the water pressure was great and the water was hot. Restaurant breakfast was tasty and delicious. Great coffee. Beautiful interior. I regret not coming back for dinner during our stay.
No elevator! I have two full knee replacements. I should have read the hotel description more closely. I never once saw anyone from the hotel. Not sure if this was a plus or a minus. Maybe a minus if we had needed anything.
The location was great and we were provided an attic
Common areas where not clean and less stuff availability or service. Room size.
Location
Small room, worn carpets, hangers that are attached to the rod, tv remote broken, no decaf or tea or milk.
Breakfast and location. Breakfast staff was very attentive but we wish we had more options for breakfast.
No reception at the hotel. No room service we had to ask for extra towels soap and take the trash out since there’s no housekeeping was done during our stay. During our last night there was a noisy neighbor who started screaming in the middle of the night when we called the hotel. They said they’re gonna send the security, but no security came and noisy neighbor continued screaming for hours. Our children were not able to sleep.
Very close to area we wanted to see.
Difficult in getting suitcases up and down. Awkward getting in and out of bed with wall against bed.
Great location. Very central.
No lifts, no check-in until 4pm and rooms were still not ready. No reception and had to go to a hotel 2 doors away at number 72 for check-in. Details about hotel to check in at on Booking.com are incorrect and that hotel is not in anyway associated with this Hotel. No manned reception for check-out so no help with tours or printing vouchers. Left luggage had to be stored in a room at the restaurant next door as the owners own both hotels and the restaurant. Phone in room was not connected to anything. Tatty main areas.

Staff and manager was absolutely awful. Rude. Kurt. Abrupt. And unreasonably argumentative. How do you argue with a guest? I didn’t want to pay for this sh$t hole and I will tell everyone I can about it. Hotel room is so tiny that 2 grown adults have to shimmy around each other. No maid service. No clear communication about where the reception desk is - there are 2 which they said they mentioned that but they DID NOT. Phone in room does not work. Can’t find anyone working on any floor in this hotel. TV doesn’t work. Shelves broken. 4 flights of stairs that you have to walk up with your luggage wiki it any assistance. I am 85 years old and have never ever been treated so rudely and felt so angry. The city is breathtaking and beautiful. It’s something that every person, especially if you’re Canadian, needs to see. This won’t ruin my memories of Quebec City but this place needs a new owner, staff and a serious upgrade. In this case, you definitely get what you pay for!

great location close to everything in the city, restaurants, sites, walking. Check-in was great, friendly and welcoming.
the room needs some tender care - a blub was missing from one the the bedside lamps and the under-sink towel rack had fallen off it's supports with the pieces resting on the shelf under the sink. Small things that can make a big difference.
Location
Small bathroom, smell.
Spacious room located in a diverse area area of the city with great bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Also excellently located for public transport to access all areas of Montreal.
The accommodation lacks a lift.
