    Pros +

    • My family visited Quebec in February and really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub when it is snowing! The restaurant was descent, staff was kind, and the location was great, too. My kids loved the crepe station at the breakfast buffet.
    • The hotel is more like a resort an oasis within the city. The staff are excellent the rooms are nice the amenities superb and the mood tranquil. I have stayed at many resorts in the Caribbean etc. this with the exception of the ocean is on par. Kevin
    • This was probably the most accommodating and friendly hotel service I have ever received for me and my family. We do not speak French but when we went there everybody was able to help us with their English skills.

    Cons -

    • The parking fee is not included in the hotel fee, so each night it incurs additional $20 (CAD). Also the breakfast buffet does not include coffee or juice. I am mentioning this just to let future customers know.

The outdoor hot tub was gorgeous

The parking lot is very far from the entrance and was not plowed. Did not get help with my car stuck in the snow in parking lot. Room was average, shower/tub was not practical. Not a 5 star experience.

Friendly staff, nice restaurant / bar,

Better be early for shuttle service or you will end up taking a taxi, even if you, reserved a seat and arrived early and missed the shuttle somehow.

    8WarrenPosted on: 8-14-2018

Pool is outstanding, and so is the amenities around that. Shuttle service is nice but should be expanded to accommodate more people. Drinks and food at the outdoor grill/bar area are superb.

They surprise you with a per-day parking charge and a per-day mandatory shuttle charge for each room booked. The buffet breakfast is definitely not worth $23, as it would barely suffice as a complimentary.

The "resort fees" and the "parking fee" that was added upon checkout with no communication of these fees when I booked the room, or even when checking in.

Room was great - quite big, comfy bed, good bathroom, etc.

Pet charge is quite significant - higher than other hotels of this level charge.

    Aménagement exterieur

Piscine petite pour la quantité de chambre, manque de chaises longues

Getting into the hotel was very difficult up a steep dirty staircase with a door that would not stay open . Had a electrical outlet one night for approximately 4 hours. No generator so we’re in the dark for that time. The fridge was always warm. Hopeles

Bedding was cumbersome. A mattress pad with a sheet wrapped around on top of an upholstered b d. Not very hygienic with the bed base exposed. The duvet was wrapped in 2 sheets which always came off and the duvet insert was exposed. Also not so hygienic.

    Very quiet and clean.

    Location is not very convenient.

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-20-2017

    Lots of character. Quiet.

Had to pay for an upgrade in order to get a room with a bed for my son. We tried ordering room service 3 times and gave up after 40 minutes. Left the hotel to get something to eat and by the time we returned the pool was closed.

Nice boutique hotel and conveniently located just outside of downtown for easy parking and driving in and out.

    Everything was great.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-6-2016

Our room was spacious and beautiful, all staff, from the front desk to bartenders and servers were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The outdoor hot tub was great, especially on a snowy nights and frigid mornings.

I would have liked to been closer to Old Quebec. There was a strong odor of paint in our hall. Long, awkward walk to hot tub from our room. We had to walk thru holiday parties, the bar and lobby in our swimsuits/bathrobes:)

    8DominicPosted on: 9-20-2016

nice luxury although, beds were kind of old and weirdly recycled with a small matress on top

    8LarryPosted on: 9-4-2016

Nice hotel room size, nice bathroom, has candles and jacuzzi that other hotels don't have.

    10AnochaPosted on: 8-21-2016

I stayed in this hotel twice because I really like ( mid-night staff). They're very helpful & nice to customers. They made me want to go back to stay at the hotel again next month.

When I stayed last year, I didn't have to pay for shuttle to downtown but this year I got charged for $7/person which I don't think it's fair to customers. Hotel is a bit far from town, I think the free shuttle should draw customers to hotel.

    2RishankaPosted on: 8-17-2016

There was no complimentary Water in the room.. Charged 15$ parking, which we had no idea about.. Basically they tried to make money on every little thing like dental kit etc

    5RosaPosted on: 8-12-2016

This hotel doesn't really feel like a hotel, it feels more like your at home which is nice. The pool area does shut down very very early though. We had a good view of the waterfall and pond area, however we could see that not many rooms have such a view.

The bar shut down very early and I had not been able to go to the liquor store located a few blocks away. The selection of liquor in the room is mid grade stuff and not top shelf. Staff was unable to provide substitute

Room is clean and it look new , the staff is really kind and helpful

It have couple of stairs to go to my room and it's hard for me to bring the baby stroller , it have no parking to check in the room .
