The staff is excellent and welcoming. They have wonderful recommendations if you want to have dinner out of the tourist area. Our room had an exposed brick wall and modern furnishings.
Staff was very friendly and helpful with making reservations, suggestions, directions. They clearly enjoyed their work and working with each other. Location was excellent and didn't hear any street traffic in our room.
This hotel was small but had everything including spacious, well-appointed rooms. There was a lovely common room with games, books, newspapers and a fireplace, TV, coffee machine, etc...the staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating. perfect location

Cons -

Additional towels and bathrobes would be nice.
Not a huge fan of shampoo dispensers.

This Hotel is central to where the attractions are.

The rooms are a bit small.
