Very spacious and cozy reading room.

The curtain of the bed doesn't close all the way, means the ladders are not covered by them.

The location was incredible! The room was small but clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the free walking tour.

If anything, the provided breakfast could have used a little more variety, and some allergy - friendly options, but overall everything was great!

The bar was closed. That makes it harder to connect with people.

The breakfast was great! It was great to have good protein options, eg. Eggs and baked beans, and the orange juice was fantastic. The whole place was immaculate and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Centrally located in Old Montreal, walkable to everything, including the train station from montreal. Variety of room types for your needs (private room, dorm bunks, etc). Simple breakfast included (eggs, toast, fruit). Fun activities associated with it (free walking tour, cheap yoga, recommendations). Nice common areas to hang out in.

Sheets could use stronger bleach - noticed a few faint stains but everything else clean.

Great and clean, friendly staff

No slippers in the room, no airconditioner that the guests can control, no tissue in the bed area (it is only in the shower), no shampoo

lots of variety to choose from at breakfast, very good. I liked the sitting areas, roomy and comfortable. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

Room was cold the heater wasn’t working properly

Centrally located to major tourists sites so it was easy to roam around the city. Breakfast was also free and have more variety. Each bed had privacy curtains so I felt unexposed.

No passenger elevators though the stuff helped bring my bags using their service lift. My room was also on the top floor and at the very end of the hallway so it was always a bit of a climb and walk every day.

Walking distance to all to major sites in Old Quebec and famous restaurants.Breakfast spread everyday was filling.

We were given one of the farthest rooms on the 3rd floor, Rm 337.We had a senior lady with us, and we booked the room months in advance. We could have gotten a room closer to the main areas.Nobody even offered to help with the luggages when we checked in.

Very good location. Walkable to the attractions in Old Quebec. Very good breakfast and common area options.

It’s in the excellent location, the best location I can imagine. Walkable from the rail station and bus terminal, and any major tourist attractions. I also really liked the lounge, very well taken care of.

The shower was a little tight but it’s completely normal for hostels.

The beds are not super comfortable and the showers are quite small, but that’s to be expected at a hostel. I’d still stay here again!
