Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Quality Inn of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, the guest ID used to check-in must match the credit card used for payment. - Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Early Check-In Fees: - Before 10am - 50$ - Between 10am and Noon - 35$ Please note that the hotel reserves the right to process a pre-authorization for the total amount of the reservation, plus a 100.00 CAD security deposit, prior to the guest's arrival. Payment by debit or cash is possible at the time of departure. Our pool will be unavailable for repairs from April 14 to 28 2025. Please note that full housekeeping service is not provided for short stays. For longer stays, full service can be arranged upon request. At any time, guests may request fresh towels, garbage removal, or room amenities by contacting the front desk.
