- The room was beautiful and the robes and slippers were an unexpected luxury. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
- Cozy room, nice breakfast and good location.
- The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, though the complimentary breakfast had limited options, everything was fresh and delicious.
Cons -
- Very difficult to control the cooling and hvac.
- After 11pm, there was no staff to welcome me, I had to go across the street to the sister hotel, and they checked me in. The family on the level above from me was very noisy with thumping etc, but I called the front desk and they got them to stop.
- The bathroom could use more counter space and the shower mixer was too sensitive.
