Located in Montreal’s Latin Quarter, this nonsmoking hotel is located next to the Berri-UQAM Metro station. It offers a 24-hour front desk, room service and free WiFi. Guest rooms offer a TV. A telephone and a fan are provided in each room at Hotel Victor. The simple rooms offer a private bathroom with bath amenities and a hairdryer. Victor Hotel is within 1.6 mi of Old Montreal and The Old Port. Mont-Royal Park is 11 minutes' drive away.

Pros +
- The old building.
- Central location. Room was reasonably spacious and generally clean. WiFi reliable. One of the three women who works here speaks good English and French and was very considerate and helpful.
- Conveniently located near bus terminal and Metro with many shopping and dining options nearby.
Cons -
- Cleaning staff routinely left their long hair in the room. Entry-way, hallways, and stairwell was a bit grungy and smelly. Two of the three women who work here speak neither English nor French and were essentially impossible to communicate with.
- Although not a problem for us, there is no elevator and rooms are a little tight. If you are traveling light and/on a budget this hotel is more than adequate, but if climbing is a problem or you need lots of space this hotel may not suit your needs.
