Quality Inn Fort Frances

A notre arrivée le personnel semblait aigri lorsque j¿ai posé une question. Une réponse bête. Emplacement de nos moto complètement à l¿arrière de l¿établissement. Comme s¿il fallait caché nos motos. Mauvaise impression parce que parlais Français.

Location / Price / convenience of restaurant & bar.

Would have received a higher rating for cleanliness above, but ongoing construction in halls hurt. Once construction is done all will be good. One of our five rooms smelled terrible at checkin, but once we ran some water in sink / tub all was welll

Manager listened to our complaint regarding the requested rate higher than quoted; the renovation condition of the room and the area; and partially lowered the rate.

Our room and the surrounding area were under renovation. Hotel expected to get $---/day for a room, where workers were fixing air conditioning unit upon our arrival. Corridors were used as storage of appliances and debris. Cleanliness was below par.

Room was clean but rundown.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly, helpful and incredibly accommodating. I also thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was your average continental style.

The hall ways were hot, the vending machine was low and there was no ice.

I loved the ambiance of the rooms, they were beautiful and very clean.

The sounds of the road traffic could be heard, but that is understandable being next to a major road way.

Staff was good and friendly.

There was a hole in the wall behind the door which i am sorried they will say i did despite the handle being a different shape and there not being a simple door stop. The shower was held together with electrical tape. There was alot of hair in the drain and you could see pink algae build up around fixtures in the tub.

Like the decor and the rooms.

No TV. I would not of stayed here had I known tv wasn't working.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of options and all nicely prepared.

The tv did not work. I managed to get it to show a channel that was blurry, but after 10 minutes the tv shut off and would not restart, I was unable to log into the wifi as my device(s) identified the wifi as susceptible to hackers.Back to the tv, I wanted to watch the Thursday night football game on You Tube but the tv would not accept the hotels wifi code.I was beat from a long day and did not call the front desk, just went to bed.

What a beautiful hotel! The staff here are truly amazing. I was left stranded in town when all the hotels were sold out, so I told them I would wait at McDonald’s while figuring out where to go. To my surprise, the staff came to pick me up themselves that’s the best service I’ve ever experienced. The rooms were clean, and the hospitality was outstanding. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to all my colleagues.

I’ve stayed here before, but this visit felt even more special everything was spotless, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff made me feel right at home. The breakfast and coffee are amazing, and it’s clear they are working hard in keeping the hotel clean and comfortable. Without a doubt, this will remain my go-to place every time I’m in Fort Frances.

Best place to stay in Fort Frances! Raman will get you sorted for the whole stay, guiding you with places to visit, eat and relax!Coffee, water and snacks all available at the front desk and rooms!Not to mention the amazing rooms and views from almost all rooms!Room 159 was the best one as it had jet tub.

Dirty room, first room had a dirty sock, beside the toilet, there was smeared stool,Floor had hair everywhere.Second room was slightly cleaner, but still needed a proper cleaning. Mold in the shower

I booked on line hoping to use the hot tub after traveling 12 hours to find out it was out of order was not impressed I don't have a good back and was looking forward to it .if I would have known would have booked some where else
