Super 8 by Wyndham Fort Frances

Belowv average to average facility. High price. Not worth it.

Breakfast. Very poor show. Very limited choice of items for breakfast. Old boiled eggs. No catsup. Napkin dispensers were empty.

Early breakfast. Convenient location.

We were not greated warmly.

Guests in adjoing room were loud! Asked hotel receptionist if she would call this room and instruct this party to keep noise down. Didn't help. Got less than 5 hours of sleep after driving 10 hours.

The room was spacious, clean and had everything that was needed. Staff were courteous and friendly, great continental breakfast, and the pool and hot tub were perfect!

Hotel staff not very pleasant on check in or check out. not sure if staff member on check in was offended that I was booking online from the counter for much better rate. Check out staff in morning was just plain rude.

Location & Pool

Under renovation; junk everywhere. Expensive and I could not change my credit card to a card I wanted to pay with.

Great breakfast

Elevator was broken down, had to carry my luggage up and I have bad wrists. Mentioned it to front desk for at least 10% off my stay and they said no one had elevators in hotels years ago. Not how they should be responding.

Room temp not adjustable

The staff was exceptionally kind

The pool was a pleasant surprise. Had a good TV and decent channel selection

As Always too much chlorine in the pool .. an Always had to ask for towels... but comes with a busy hotel

Carpet heavily stained with what looked like cigarette burns in places. No safe. No do not disturb sign. Getting text at 7 am asking us to check out online. Very basic breakfast items. Felt like it was over priced.

The rooms were a good size. We asked for rooms next to each other and were accommodated. Breakfast had a good selection of food and was available at an earlier hour than expected which was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. We wish we had time to check out the pool & hot tub area.
