No person to talk face to face to. Had to wait till 3pm before the office door was opened so I could get the room key

Note left on door with number to call to check in. It took three calls, finally the clerk answered apologetically. He was at a funeral, nevertheless a temporary help would have been appropriate.

Room was very spacious and clean. Great view of the water and close to the centre of town. Beds were extremely comfortable. Lots of parking. Automated check-in was a unique system that worked great if you followed the emailed instructions.

Check-in lobby was very clean but a bit stark and very impersonal. All interactions were by email or phone so if you didn’t understand English or do like automation there was not anyone around to talk with.

Perfect motel option. Comfortable clean and near the lake.

Wouldn't let me check in because my last name was jourdain I stayed there before and always left it clean n spotless just because someone that I don't know was whatever they shouldn't be judging myself

The room was clean and well kept. The beds were great. The view was nice.

The bathroom was small, very small for my liking. Having no staff around was not good. For what we paid i was hoping better.

We were on a road trip from Vancouver to Quebec.Small standard motel near the Trans Canada Highway 11/17.Seems to be a very nice hotel, at least according to the photos on Booking.

There are several motels in Fort Frances. I specifically chose this motel because the photos on Booking showed beautiful, renovated rooms. The room I was given was old and hadn't been renovated, and the carpet smelled awful. I contacted the owner via Booking to report this problem—no response. NEVER AGAIN.

Super cute little place in a great location, nice and quiet.. clean! Love the check in process with the key dispenser!

Marginal value to price ratio.

The auto key system is OK, would prefer in person check in and a staffed front desk.

There was no breakfast with reservation.

We needed two bath towels there was only one other than that the room was excellent. Very clean and neet.

Not dealing with any people had a hard time to get key codes would not work. Was in lobby with many others who had same problem. I cleaned stove element and noted a missing knive in drawer. So hoping I won't be charged for this. I left a new set of pot holders, for next visitors .

Clean great location

No front office staff, self check in

Location was great for an evening walk on the river promenade. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
