- Great experience. Clean, quiet, and the staff were friendly.
- Location & light breakfast was good.
- Location. The room had everything we possibly could need. We were mot able to enjoy all the amenities offered during our very short stay, but hopefully next time! The shower was the best I have seen or had in any hotel I have been in!
Cons -
- No soap was provided in the room. Not a huge problem, easy enough to resolve, but not a perfect experience.
- Reviews showed the room cleanliness is 9. Actually it's not. The exhaust fan in the washroom was very very dirty. I got to clean it myself so that I could feel much better for our 3-nights stay. If I found it earlier, I would ask the hotel to do it.
- Hot tub not hot enough,room on 3rd floor right beside huge fans and motors on roof outside room was extremely noisy kept me awake. Room was too warm even after turning thermostat off. Sticky counters,pink mold in shower, fridge was dirty and carpet dirty.
