- Situation and near Smittys for breakfast.
- Very clean
- Very clean and comfortable
Cons -
- Smell of stale dirty smelling carpet smell. Carpets need to be replaced or flooring. Limited items in the BR. We have stayed here many tomes over many years. Rooms need upgrading. Bed was good and pillows good. Hotel just needs some upgrades.

- See above. Also the breakfast was poor, one kind of muffin bran muffin. No meat (no bacon or sausage etc) ran out bc if eggs. Few fruits. Its a busy week in Brandon and they should have been prepared. Woman in food area very kind&appologetic
