Pros +
- Clean towels, good breakfast, barn door in room, keeps room dark and quiet. Blinds keep room dark as well.
- My room was clean and well-appointed. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. I loved that the room had a microwave and a fridge. I wish all of this brand of hotel would follow suit.
- Functional.
Cons -
- All was well. My room's door deadbolt wouldn't lock, but there is always a second security option on the doors.
- A blizzard came through which forced us to have to go home a day early. Non refundable room meant we are out the money for a night even though it was beyond our control.
- Bed seems to tilt back so head feels like your sleeping downward
