- Staff was great. Location was awesome. We had a room with verandah overlooking the beach and greenery! Overall good experience.
Cons -
- Didn't like that my mini fridge didn't get refilled every night especially after numerous call and app request
- front desk staff and service the front desk/concierge was rude. requested a room change upon arrival, were told it would happen the next morning, next morning were told to have all our things packed and ready to move, never got a room till 2.
- Rooms need an upgrade. Beds are old and bathroom tiles are worn.

There was nothing I didn't like about couples san souci!!
