Beautiful pool area and immaculately well maintained tropical landscaping and foliage. Clean rooms. Easy access to surf beach only 5 min. The friendly team at El Encuentro always made me feel welcome and were eager to please.

Cons -

No shelves or drawers in rooms for personal belongings, not even a luggage rack, I had to resort to working out my of suitcase kept on bathroom floor. Constant construction traffic on the access road created dust, noise, and noxious fumes.
