- This was my worst experience ever! I will never return to the Tropical casa laguna!
- What I like about the hotel was that it was in the middle of town and very close to all the restaurants. The receptionist was very professional kind and polite. She was very helpful and informative the area. I would like to thank her!
Cons -
- Items was missing out of my room, water was leaking from air conditioner on my bed, my tub and sink was stopped up, no hot water to shower for 4 days! Worst experience ever! I do not recommend this place to anyone! The manager,and front desk staff ㈇
