- Customer service was A+
- staff service, politeness, and the location. Alexis, the valet person was excellent. He is likeable, personable and very accommodating. Local shops and restaurants were also very good. The proximity to the bridge and other side was also great.
- Overall it was a good experience by staying at this hotel. Also the fitness room was very clean and comfortable environment.

- No, staff was great an the room was very clean. We felt very safe, as there was security and personnel around at all times for questions or guidance.
- The king bed was terrible. It was slept on so much, body grooves forced us to sleep in them. The highest place on the bed was the middle. A good quality bed would have helped us sleep much better. We would have rated it higher but for the bed.
- when checking in at the hotel, the frontdesk employee told us that we will have breakfast for only two person, while on the website it is indicated that the breakfast was included. We had to pay extra 4x 32 usd, which amounts a total of 128 usd.
