- The staff at the bars were absolutely delightful. They provided great tips on restaurants and beaches.
- Staff were always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to assist. The food and chefs at CSpice were incredible - Pauleta was so nice and accommodating every morning. Recreational activities were spectacular pool side, which was always clean
- THE LOCATION, AMAZING!!! Beach A1! Great time at the hotel  when I wasn¿t dealing with the drama of the hotel charging me  (& 2 other guests in my party) over $1,000. hotel employe was amazing w/helping and should be a supervisor! She followed up! #THXKYONA
Cons -
- you could add sand puddles/pools at the back doors that open onto the beach to keep from tracking sand into the room.
- Cultural connections to food and music were lacking. Taxis required for anything outside of hotel - nothing available walking distance. Hotel does have not have shuttle.
- There seems to be something going on within this property and their training of new front of house staff. There is no reason why a guest should be charged an abhorrent amount and not notified. They said it was a mistake. It happened to 3 of us...scam???
