- The food was consistently good.
- The access to the beach and all the locals.
- Every staff member was ready to help if needed. Cleanliness was top notch.
Cons -
- Very crowded and elevator wait times were very frustrating. When the outside temperatures dropped significantly, the hotel manager refused to adjust the temperatures indoors. Everyone was VERY cold! This property needs to be refreshed!!
- Customer service was horrible. I asked for a ocean view room and received a dirt lot with a little bit of the ocean. the room was dirty had a dirty sock and jewelry left behind. couch was stained and mirrors were rusty. No early check in. Racists staff
- The buffet was very Americanized. I understand a lot of the clientele is American, but it would've been nice if it had a little bit more ethnic foods. The food that was offered was amazing.

Customer service was horrible. I asked for a ocean view room and received a dirt lot with a little bit of the ocean. the room was dirty had a dirty sock and jewelry left behind. couch was stained and mirrors were rusty. No early check in. Racists staff

All inclusive and extremely clean. They had it together.
I felt the outside bar should stay open until 10 or so at night instead of closing at 6pm. More people would have stayed outside longer giving us all extra to do.
