- It is modern, has great restaurants, and the pool is nice.

- The hotel staff are amazing ?
Cons -
- The room came with one robe, one pair of slippers, we had to call 5 times to get a bucket of ice and a wine bottle opener, there was no bath gel when we arrived, and overall the staff seemed unhappy and moody. No one smiled and everything took forever.
- Service was slow
- Yes both sls and Hyatt room were not fully stocked with linen. Some linen were stained and when I called for linen I took over two hours to receive it
