We stayed and they only cleaned the room one day. That was after I specifically had to ask because we were running low on clean towels and coffee

The only reason for the low stars is the toilet. They have square toilets in the rooms! Ladies, this square toilet was a nightmare which unfortunate ended in a bladder infection for me. The square toilet (not rectangle) causes urine to bounce back!

The location is great! I love the asthetics of this hotel, as it is super functional, relaxing, modern and very inviting. Our room was comfortable and I loved that check out wasn¿t until noon. It is a super hotel for the price. I¿ll definitely be back!

I wish there was a continental breakfast, instead of having to pay $17.00 for a minimal breakfast. I did like the offerings with iced coffee and Nespresso coffee however.

Shower was not sealed well and leaked all over the floor into the main part of room. Exterior lighting was extremely bright and curtains left large gaps for that light to get through so was difficult to get to sleep. Very dim hallways.

This hotel was literally across the street from the Mall of America. It's perfect for the incredibly reasonable price. And, they have a great happy hour in the lobby lounge. I missed it, but it looked great.

I couldn't figure out the thermostat in the room. Our room was either too warm or chilly. I am sure I could have called and asked for help.

We loved the location. The hotel is super clean, staff friendly and loved our room. It was very comfortable.

The location was close to Mall Of America, which is what I had been looking for. Staff were friendly.

I chose this hotel based upon its rating for cleanliness but it did not live up to my expectations what so ever. The toilet had obviously not been cleaned, floor not swept, etc. At least the sheets had been changed.

Good location with restaurant and jimmy John's next door as well as MOA and airport. Very nice lobby with bar. Overall very modern and good value for the price.

The bathroom had a sliding door that didn't shut all the way, so there was little privacy and the shower pan leaked. The bathroom sink was in the middle of the King size room.

Clean and comfortable. Good parking. Good rate.

We were promised a complimentary breakfast but did not receive one. We asked about it but the staff said everything was ala carte, nothing free. False advertising.

The room is nice. We enjoyed our first night.

There was no heat at all the last night of our stay. The TV didn’t work. The phone in the room didn’t work. And there was NO hot water! We also didn’t get room service at all the second day either. No towels. Nothing. ☹️

I really liked the location! It's literally across from the Mall! And staff is very friendly.

I didn't liked the room. In the bathroom they don't have fan. They should have sleeping sofa. Because if family can't afford separate rooms for couples then they should have the sleeper sofas, we are paying anyway!

My room was excellent. Quiet and clean with good workspace and comfortable bed. Hardwood floors are very clean.

Due to Covid, the bar and restaurant were closed. Luckily there is a good restaurant next door.

I loved the interior design , many lights switches and smart tv programmed to Netflix and hbo. It was nice to watch free hbo movies on click. Love the location next to mall. But this hotel is not equipped for families.

I didn’t like the bathroom. The bathroom door didn’t have lock, i do not like the fact I can’t be private in bathroom. The bathroom shower door didn’t close (malfunction) and the water was splashing all over on the floor. Not cool.

Great location. Very comfortable room.

Housekeeping was not responsive. Called to have them turn down the hideaway bed(we registered 3 guests). They never came, had to figure it out ourselves. Also requested shaving cream....we called twice but they never came.

Clean up to date accommodations. Nice hotel bar with drinks and food. Great local restaurant beside the hotel too. Location is perfect for airport.

Friendly staff. Like the modern touches. Fairly new. Great parking garage access. Tv had internet access.

Would have liked a free breakfast. Room is small even for a couple. More amenities? Mattress cover on sofa bed was stained. Housekeeping did change it. Smoke smell in stairwell of hotel. Not in room/hallway. Did address this to staff. Can hear hall noise.

The comfort of the bedroom, and the mattress was super comfortable l. We liked the shampoo and conditioner provided by the motel. It was soft on the hair. My daughter's hair is sensitive to shampoos. The big screen tv was awesome! View was great!

There was dust on the headboard. The glass doors did not lock and it was an issue for my toddler. There was no free breakfast served with the price. I felt crammed in the room. The customer service was ok. They could have been more hospitable and friendly
