GREAT WOLF LODGE - BLOOMINGTON

Friendliness of the staff. Variety and number of activities for children to take part in.

The rooms are very dated and with no change of towels or emptying of the garbage bins the rooms tend to become very messy after a day or two.

The cleanliness of the hotel. The quality of the bed in the room. The friendliness of the staff. The location is excellent.

The hotel is really starting to show its age. The sink in our room would not drain as you used it. Only by not using the sink all night would it drain. A minor issue but one that should not be occurring in a hotel of this stature.

Swimming water park

Very pricey I think breakfast should have came with the room

There was so much to do activities and made for a wonderful experience for the kids.

none of the food was good next time I will bring food or doordash since it was overpriced and most of it went into the garbage.

Food options and kids loved the water park.

Parking lot was trashed, entrances were minimal.

The staff at the rope course

The a/c unit in room was very loud. So loud it startled the kids everytime it kicked on in middle of night. Half of the attractions at the water park were closed for long amounts of time.

Busy room not clean overpriced

It's all for the kids here, plenty of things to keep them entertained.

Everything seems to cost extra and it's not cheap! Pool water was a little cold.

Close to airport and mall. Large rooms. Well maintained.

No drinking water bottle provided in the room.Hotel shuttle out of order. No shuttle available to airport at early hours. Most recreational facilities under maintenance.Inconvenient wrist-band key card. Limited dining options.

Hotel staff and the water park were excellent. The housekeeping staff was very poor. Did the absolute minimum even when we left a tip.

Just the housekeeping

Location

The $--- room fee for as I was told by the person checking me in covered children’s activities which we were not children and for the free coffee in the room and free parking and free internet. These were advertised as free on your site when we booked bu

Proximity to the airport and the mall plus the shuttle service to both

Noon checkout

Parking too far from front door and heat didnt work properly in room

Beautiful and large room

Traffic from water park and only one hotel enterance...had to walk quite a way just to get in.

Bunk beds!

Long waits at the front desk for a clerk to appear to help us. No complimentary breakfast.

I liked the layout and room

It did not have a hot tub or sauna for hotel guests.

Rooms. Close to airport. Staff attention. Hotel employee was awesome

Tv didn't work. Tech came. Left with only 4 channels working. Hours later when I came back. I could reset all tv channels in 10 min

Real half and half in room for coffee.

Toilet plugged @ arrival. came to unclog, still pluggedat next use @ 2am. Didn't want to stay up waiting for maintenance again. Ice machine on 2 floors not working. Long black hairs on shower tiles- again. bulbs burndt out in ceiling light. Not a 3.5 star

It was convenient to shopping and restaurants...also a water park.

The room was nice and clean and a good size.

the check in staff was Kinda rude. They did not explain to me they were taking out 50 dollars out of my account and did it without my permission and told me I was out of luck and it would be refunded in 3 days. Really pissed about it.
