Location and separate bedroom from living area.

The pull out bed was terrible, very uncomfortable.

Room was pretty spacious and staff was very friendly.

The airplanes going over was not great and small area for breakfast.

Accommodating, friendly check in staff. Clean room. Kitchenette.

It was very clean, the rooms were quiet and it had a nice outdoor area to sit.

We arrived on the night of June 30, around 11pm. The staff at desk was not the most polite. Night Shift is hard, i get it but you can make an effort.

The room was clean and overall nice

there was no way to keep the fan on all night - loud air conditioning then would turn off then turn on - up ALL NigHT

Entry floors very gritty with the wintertime weather conditions. Not sure how that could be helped

The customer service was the best thing about my experience. Hotel employees made me feel welcome the entire time. The rooms are pretty big as well and super clean.

The only thing I wish they had in my room is a Iron and Ironing board. That¿s the only issue I had.

For the price we couldn't have gotten a better hotel. We loved how close it was to the Mall of America as the hotel was literally kitty corner from it. A quick 5 minute walk and we were there. Not to mention the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The air conditioner in the room was in an enclosed small closet with only a lock for entry and when it would run the door would rattle. Being right next to the bed it made it a little difficult to sleep. Also, for me the mattress was a little too firm.

Grossly understaffed, chaotic and unsafe pool area, uncaring and unresponsive staff. This hotel does not deserve anything above a 2 star rating. Very disappointing!!!

The accommodation of being by the door

There was an unknown pet fee I thought was a deposit. When I got there I was informed about it, and wasn't prepared in my budget for the trip.

Location, great breakfast, friendly & accomodating staff.

There was only one mirror in our suite (we had five women) and it was a single wide one that was in the bathroom not accessible if someone was in there. Having another mirror in the room in a well lit area would be fantasic!

THe bed and pillow were awesome. THe location was great. walked 375 ft. and had a great meal. Check out time of 12:00 is very nice also. Room was clean and neat. Staff was great.

Tere was nothing we did not like about this motel.

This was such a comfortable hotel. I will be coming back for sure. Great location, staff, breakfast and so, so clean!! I would easily refer this TownePlace Suites and in fact already have!!

Location and hotel facilities were great!

Breakfast was free, but it was the worst free breakfast ever. The eggs were runny and rubbery. Muffins were cold (as if taken out of a refrigerator or freezer). OJ dispenser was dispensing orange water (ran out of OJ).
