Great location! Very clean and wonderful breakfast!

Immaculately clean, super modern, and well kept. The gym was the highlight for me. Clean, modern: Pelatons, ellipticals, resistance machines(leg press) and dumbells. It's literally, right across the street from the MOA, and the Light Rail Station

Breakfast options weren't the greatest (no non-pork options for the cooked food) but decent overall. They do charge $12 for overnight parking FYI. The rooms are impresively clean & modern fixtures and kitchen appliances. Only downside, rooms are small.

Location to everything we came to see. We were VERY impressed with the hotel room size and availability of items in room such as a full sized fridge. Friendly concierge, pleasant check in/out. Overall great stay!

I was charged for a separate transaction that I was not responsible for paying and was told that they couldn¿t reimburse until it dropped from my account five business days. Leaving my bank liable for there mistake

Rooms were clean and spacious

Breakfast did not have a lot of kid friendly options. Also, the bathrooms did not have a good fan for helping to keep moisture out of the air - towels were still wet that were used 24 hours prior.

The newness - modern

The bed was super uncomfortable. The planes were so loud.

Excellent hotel for all travelers, We love the Studio/Kitchenette, great free breakfast, free internet, & nice pool & spa. All areas of the hotel are very clean. Walking distance of MOA, Public Transportation & Restaurants. We really enjoy our stay

Our room was never clean during our stay for 6 nights, When we asked after 3 days, the staff said they clean every 4th day, but after the 4th day stayed, still no cleaning. We run out of shampoo, toilet paper, & coffee, we asked reception for it

I told her I have a king size bed at hot that bed is a queen, the pillows where not good I had to ask for another one sadly it¿s just the same, not happy because there were not room up keep because it¿s thanksgiving holiday then why did you open ?

The breakfast was not great, don¿t have enough variety of foods, then I asked for a king bed room but I got a Queen bed and when I asked the staff asked me back how many beds are in the room and I said one then she said that¿s a king sized bed and I told

The location was good right across the street from the mall. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice and everything was clean.

No housekeeping unless you stay for seven days. No ice machines that we could find.

The eco friendly and sustainable practices and facility. I also liked the studio room, all the amenities you need for a longer stay.

The lighting was poorly positioned. There was no light at the sink and there was no light at the bar table. The walls seemed very thin, I could hear everything! I had very loud neighbors, including their dog, during all hours of the night.

Room was great with kitchenette, large frig, large exterior window, beautiful finishes, large bathroom, living space with couch, lots more. The King Suite was reasonably priced and the best/most functional hotel room we have stayed in.

When we turned on the microwave, the circuit breaker went off. It is unusual for the room to have its own circuit breaker panel,but this room did! We could then simply turn it on again. I told the front desk when we checked out - they said they can fix
