Location close to many restaurants

The site stated there was private parking and then we rented a car there was no parking.

The only thing that was good was the staff and the rooftop everything else was not what I saw in the pictures when I booked the hotel.

It was nothing like what I saw in the pictures hotel is very dated my first room was very dated rusted fridge you can tell there was water damage on the ceiling and the walls. No laundry room or mircowave in the room infested with ants.

Filthy hotel. First room was unclean?had to stay overnight. Second room slightly better?then found a cockroach in my bed. Only one night was refunded despite the complaint. Disrespectful manager. Unacceptable cleanliness. Do not recommend.

Location

The towels were not clean.I am not kidding they were almost grey. I immediately purchased a towel set and never used their's.

The people was very nice and helpful

The hotel did not look as good as the pic very small rooms 2 people and luggage you feel class phobic

The location was right in the center of lots of stores restaurants and a close walk to the beach. Breakfast was a small variety but on the rooftop was nice.Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room had a basement smell/muggy. We found some hair in the toilet & shower, cleanliness was not great. The chair for the desk has so much dirt/stains We did not dare to use it. Our door was left open by cleaning staff while we were out for 3 hrs!

Worst hotel I¿ve ever stayed in. Front desk was rude. Bed was terrible . No bath mat. Coffee maker didn¿t work. Coffee no coffee creamer or sweeteners but that didn¿t matter since the coffee maker didn¿t work!

Rooms too small Sheets dirty had stains in them No face cloth or towel was available at time of check in

There was mold in the bathroom, condensation was on the floors which could have had my disabled brother slip. No toilet paper

Proximity to parking and the highway.

The foyer was obnoxiously loud with rowdy folks. Slow check in The room was unclean : hair on the floor dirty shower and toilet. The sink was far too shallow water was splashing everywhere. There was hair in the bed. Fridge was broken.

Water shut off, internet didn't work, elevator was broken and housekeeping never cleaned the room

The water was cold, the tv went out and the room was not as advertised. Very disappointing.

The ac wasn¿t working and our cable wasn¿t working but they fixed the cable other than that it was good

Clean, well staffed

Zero parking! What are you supposed to do with your car? Why wasnt this disclosed when booking?

The staff

Room had everything wrong it...toilet issues twice...key did not work 10-12x....beds extremely uncomfortable.

The hotel is very clean, soon as you walk in there's a floral yet fresh aroma in the air. The staff are both great. They recommended restaurants, clubs, and activities for me & my friends. Also, the hotel is close to the beach & CVS.

Just that there wasn't any microwave in the room. But other than that everything was wonderful.

Prime location in Condado, near the beach and Old San Juan but still not too far from the airport or the highway that takes you to El Yunque Rainforest.

The hot tubs on the roof did not get very hot, the shower in the room was much warmer.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and very accommodating

The rooms were decent. They had good AC and Wifi. Staff was always friendly. 4 blocks from beach. Casinos are walking distance. Overpriced, should've gone with a "higher end" hotels, only a few more per night

No parking, only 3 spots in front and 3 stop on the right side. Then they decided to close out 3 of the stop for handicap parking. Only other options were a paid parking garage a block away and a valet parking lot 4 blocks away. No pool but great view.
