- Excellent staff and service. Good food and ambience was very local.
- Beautiful hotel located in Old San Juan. Walking distance to everything!
- The people that work there were amazing nice, especially the bed and pillows were sooo comfortable... I could of stayed in that bag for days.. thank you
Cons -
- The only thing was the pool. I was expecting a little bit more but it was nice..
- The front desk person didn?t help me understand why I was being charged for $250 extra from the expected total when I checked in. I asked if it was for deposit charge or a daily housekeeping fee, he just say ?kind of like that.?
- Some confusion about checking in for my son who came later Wednesday night.
