- The staff were exceedingly warm and friendly. Always willing to go the extra mile and do it with a smile.
- The staff was amazing! security officer, went above and beyond for us! Great experience and I would recommend this hotel for your stay in San Juan. I give this hotel a 5 star rating.. Thank you!
- The bar downstairs was nice at night for late night drinks
Cons -
- The room was very basic. The bird trying to get your food and the fact that you should properly describe the chicken sandwich as chicken salad I thought I was getting a grilled chicken sandwich. Not good at all.
- Whirlpool was overcrowded most of the time, it looks it is too smal for a very large hotel.
- It is not worth the price paid!
