Friendly Staff when they were around

I’m a disabled Veteran & I was feeling ill when I checked in. Had a medical emergency before making it all the way to the room, I called out for help, but there was no staff. A couple staying on the premises assisted me to get in my room and stable.

The worst hotel one can go. Everything needs to be updated. The toilet is firm the last century. The tv you can¿t control from a distance because of its location and the remote doesn¿t work correctly. The walls were all wet. Service was non existent.

Everything was bad. There was no service. The room was small and not very clean. For over $--- a night you expect a decent place to spend your vacation.the was antiquated and needs to be updated and modernized. It ruined our vacation.

Sensitive pipes. Toilet did not work for 24 hrs. My hubby actually grabbed a plunger: they could not get a plumber till next day. In Calle Fortaleza, very busy street. Loud noises with misbehaving tourists all night long and Construction work at daytime

If you want to be in old San Juan- great location. Intimate feel and the front desk staff were very helpful in arranging taxis, recommending eating and shopping.

Friendly staff. Beautiful room. Very clean and great location. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is great for Old San Juan

The rooms a common area that is somewhat out dated and not air conditioned. The bath room is too small.

The location for old San Juan is great. You are right in the middle of everything. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The bathroom is very small. The Suite part of the name is diseaving.

The rooms were charming and had an old Spanish style to them. The hotel was boutique. The rooms were immaculate. The front desk staff was kind and even allowed us early check in. The bathrooms were clean and the air conditioning was cold.

Our room had no window. This was because it was on the side of the building that was attached to another building, but this did not affect our overall satisfaction in any way.

Great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful and room was great. Walking distance to anything in Old San Juan.

Great Location and the room surpassed my expectations. Very nice and inviting! Also the staff went above and beyond anywhere I have ever stayed at before. I definitely recommend Fortaleza Suites.

Perfect location in the heart of Old San Juan. Close to shops, bars, restaurants and the cruise ship port. Cozy little boutique hotel, with everything you need for a short stay.

Late check in and early check out, a tad inconvenient.

Staff was very kind and friendly. Super clean. Can't beat the location. A great little inn for people that prefer old world character over plastic cookie cutter chain hotels. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Location in proximity walkable to Most Tourist sites, Museums, and the fortresses. Many restaurants and a market was close by.

Two of the rooms were of adequate size, but the top floor bedroom ceiling was too low for my 6‘2 brother to stand up in. Parking is very difficult to find. We had 6 people staying, and only one roll of toilet paper. Needed to request more paper at the desk.

Fortaleza Suites is a great place to stay while you are in Old San Juan. As of family of we needed a olace to stay the night before our cruise and Presidential Suite did fit all of us. Location is amazing - you are steps away from everything! The staff is very friendly. I would say that the pull out sofa is not very comfortable but did do it's job to sleep one person. We had a lot fun sitting on the balcony watching busy night life of Old San Juan.

No complains - staying in Old San Juan you need to embrace that you are in the OLDEST city in the United States that has been affected by hurricanes multiple times.
