The air conditioner

It was not the hotel I booked. I was promised the ocean view I couldn?t get my hotel that I had booked with my ocean view. Also, one of the staff tried to steal a pair of expenses sunglasses I let the manager know, and she never came out to talk to me.

Close to the beach, lots of touristic area to visit and more.

The location for checking in was confusing and distance from the actual place.

You could see the water and cruise ships docking and it was walking distance to shops

It had roaches, they would not fix the microwave, the stove didn?t even work.?the place was dirty

This was the worst stay ever and I have stayed in hostels. I didn't get what I paid for and they didn't even care about it. I paid for a room with balcony and ocean view well this room didn't even had windows it was awful. The room seemed clean but once

My baby started crawling we saw how dirty the room was, her hands, knees and feet were completely dark with all the dirt that was on the floor. It wasn't accesible for babies either so it was pretty hard with the stroller. Such a bad experience!

The location is great.

Poor communication, no parking, old, broken down furniture.

Convenience to be near several sites, local stores and restaurants.

Staff not receptive to concerns¿.unable to connect to the internet despite multiple calls & no one came to assess or assist. Had 3 power outages (each time it rained) within a wk, 2 lasted over 14 hrs (transformer blew).

The shower and sink faucets in the bathroom did not work. The road noise at night was loud. There was a burning glue issue in the closet from the water system. Horrible smell The fridge was filthy on the outside

We had issues getting the front door to lock and stay locked. We came back one day to the door unlocked, even though we checked it before we left every day because it was difficult. The microwave did not work so we were not able to heat up leftovers,etc

Room had exceptional ocean view and breeze. We were only 2 persons, but rooms could accommodate 4 people. Easy walk to anywhere in Old San Juan.

Extremely small bathroom and miniscule shower. Antiquated kitchen.
