The location is great, quiet but close enough to Old San Juan and best of all, a short distance from a beautiful beach with amenities (bathrooms and outdoor spouts to clean off sand). The apartment had beach chairs and a cooler we borrowed! Perfect!!

Cons -

The building is getting some maintenance to the exterior. The beeping noise from the crane moving around was a daily occurrence. But glad the building is getting work done and it's nothing to fault the owner/hotel for. We still had a lovely stay.
