- Pool attendants and restaurant staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
- The beach chairs overlooking the ocean and the infinity pool were great. Food at the restaurants was exceptional. Proximity to Old San Juan is convenient with an Uber ride 10 minutes away.
- The hotel is clean and near many things to do.
Cons -
- The check-in process by far. Not only was the room not available on time, the front desk staff were not the least apologetic or contrite about the delay I have read other reviews and this seems to be a constant problem.
- The staff appear to not have enough training to include a night manager that I had an interaction with.
