This room provided a comfortable bed and mini fridge
This place is so charming and has a beautiful interior and warmth to it. The elevator was a 1970s model. Actually, it's pretty cool. Excellent communication, friendly staff at a super secure location(3 code locks to get to me room) in the beginning part of OSJ. Would definitely stay again. The patio room was on the 2nd floor, which seemed odd, but it was, and it was very nice.

Cons -

No thanks tom hanks from the minute I got stuck innthe elevatorand then couldnt fit through the only door in this room. No windows and I will have bruises til I die from the lack of space. Did I mention No windows? Because the listing DOES NOT mention no windows. Did the room prove a coffee maker (yes) but no coffee. Did the room provide a paper towel holder (yes) but no paper towels. Did the room provide dishes (yes) but no utensils And then zero cleaning service. I've spent the last 4 days with the same garbage and towels, yet they want me to clean up prior to leaving I'm sure there are better rooms but this isn't it. By ANY MEANS The lady on the phone gave me attitude and no help other than to mention this was one of the most desirable rooms. If you're a hermit crab maybe. And then I asked for the other side door to be opened so I could fit through it and the maintenance man gave me attitude as well Also, possibly provide better towel hangers for the restroom I contacted booking.com on several occasions and they did not a good got dang thing Listen I LIKE to leave good reviews and I try to see the best in everything I do, but this wasn't it. I'm sad because their version of the room is FAR FROM ACCURATE
My issue list was that I could only open 1 side of the double doors as the other side was bolted at the 8 ft top, which I couldn't reach. It wasn't a huge inconvenience because I mostly used the AC. Nobody mentioned that the AC was remote controlled, so I just assumed it was property controlled until I found the remote the last day. The stopper on the sink didn't work, so don't plan on soaking any delicate gardments or swimsuits. The light on the bed nightstand was literally falling apart and dangerous, so don't use that.
