- Do Not expect to have luxury, Only 3 Parking spots in front of the building and the rest on the street but, security cameras are all over monitoring the surroundings. Private rooms but, shared bathrooms and kitchen though they are clean!.
- Sometimes the maps is misleading, so can be hard to find the place. The owner cannot speak English but tries to help as best as possible.

The price per night was good.
The key for the exterior door I was given didn't work. The owner doesn't speak English well and had to communicate through Google translate, which he used to HIT ON ME and offer me a part time job as enticement to stay in PR. INCREDIBLY uncomfortable!
The host was able to accommodate me late night. He was so kind and the room was clean and tidy! The linen and towels smelled so good! I was very pleased with the room for the night. The neighborhood is definitely up and coming, but location is central!
We only really needed a place to sleep. This was that and more. It was clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and accommodating.The location looks rough, but I think that's just a result of a lack of money spent on post hurricane repair by gov.

Hotel employee was very helpful. I liked that I could walk to the beach and a supermarket that is opened 24/7. Great place to stay!!!
NOTHING. I was disgusted by the place and left upon arrival.
The photos are misleading. This is a very impoverished host renting rooms in a rundown house. Everything is rundown and dated. The entrances and common area are an absolute mess. Nothing in the place looks hygienic. NOT suitable for hosting.

My favorite part of the experience was the warm, community of guests and staff. I had such fun, and met so many new friends, best trip ever.If you're looking to stay in a clinical hyper secure castle for the constipated...this is the opposite ¿¿
