This is a good hotel I have stayed there 7 or 7 times but this visit was a disaster

there is on site parking the booking site says no need to reserve parking when I got there the desk person said there was no room to park although I had already parked she said it was reserved then the power went out and there generator did not work.

The quiet! Inside as well as outside.

Not well known to cab drivers. No late check outs! Ever!

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean & cozy room and excellent location.

Loud and difficult to use air conditioner kept us awake sometimes.

Unfortunately, I did not stay at Casa Condado Hotel. I was not greeted professionally, the receptionist was very rude. She answered the intercom and began shouting at me after I identified by self. She indicated an e-mail was sent which I did not received. She told me to go to my e-mail and I indicated that I would not be able to access e-mail while out of my carrier locations.

If the person had shown up and be more welcoming.

The location was ok.

We stayed for two nights and found several cockroaches in the room and bathroom. The floor felt sandy since the moment we arrived, so it wasn’t properly cleaned. The toilet had no lid. There was only one bar of soap, which could only be used either for hands or for the body. There was no front desk or anyone to contact about these issues. Lastly, I didn’t like how the check-in instructions were handled — instead of sending them through a message as usual, I had to email my ID to receive them. On the day of check-in, I was at the beach with poor internet connection, which was very inconvenient for a tourist.

The place gives you value for your money and is very well located. The only improvement would be better curtains. The light comes in too early and you can't sleep. They should install a blackout. The light will wake you up and your rest will be over. The only other thing would be a bigger bed. The current one is comfortable, although a bit small. Otherwise, the place is very good.

The location.

It was not equipped enough, for which we paid. It's not like it looks in photos. Our room had no iron for clothes, there was no refrigerator for our drinks, the window has no curtains that covered the light and it was very uncomfortable to continue sleeping after 6:00am. We couldn't rest well.

Location is top. Self check in service was easy. The accommodation was really quick in responsing on messages.

The room had bugs and there are 0 windows in the room. You can’t get any fresh air. Only one small window in the bathroom. And there come a weird smell out of the airco.

This property was self check in, and very easy to gain access upon arrival. Elizabeth was very helpful for the few days I was visiting and was very attentive towards my questions. I will definitely return to Casa Condado!

Located in a convenient location. Closer to many places and quite safe and secure. The unit was quite clean and neat. The staff were very prompt and wonderful.

The unit didn’t have a kettle or coffee maker, a small microwave, toilet seat cover and the shower had some issues. These are minor items but they would have made the experience better.

There is no access for people with disabilities, all rooms are via stairs, there is no minibar, the Wi-Fi worked very poorly and the photos did not match the room.

This is a no frills

There is no service at this place. Self checkin and out. No one to contact if you need anything in the room. This is a no frills place

Close to the beach, restaurants, Casino

It was awsome.

Close to the downtown area

The building is structured as a house . There are 4 floors and no elevators . If you have luggage you will have to carry everything upstairs floor by floor . There was construction being done at the building and lots of noise . The towels provided were dirty . Front desk services are limited due to Covid which is understandable.
