Mayaguez Resort & Casino is located in the Mayagüez suburbs, 1 hours’ drive from Ponce. The property has free Wi-Fi access throughout. - The Service. We requested a room change to have a better location and they helped us immediately an gave us an amazing room.
Cons -
- The rooms are very outdated. It is supposed to be all inclusive but they didn?t want to honor it for us bc we purchased the hotel online.
- Stayed here for my honeymoon, and it was a terrible experience. No special touches like other hotels, and the bathroom was dirty, outdated, and had broken fixtures. Definitely not worth the price.
- Excepto el casino, nada. Por comprar atraves de ustedes, me dieron lo peor de todo. TV no funcion�. Toallas en malas condiciones. Zafacones sucios. Camas inc�modas. Me cobraron $14 de estacionamiento, cuando lo tengo gratis por el casino. Etc, etc ....
