Best Western Torchlite

The great friendly staff! Great breakfast.

I wish the fans could stay on continuously.

This hotel had one of if not the best breakfast options that I have ever had. Staff was great. The hotel is a little aged but clean and quiet.

The mexican restaurant next door is waaaay overrated.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We checked in late and they were up waiting for us with our room ready and a welcome basket in the room as well. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

No. This was a great hotel.

Breakfast

The front desk price was $30 cheaper than what I payed also the room was dated and dirty appliances where old and dirty this was a poor example of best western There where several railroad workers drinking and smoking ion stair¿s to second level

Josh the employee very nice.

I guess I really didn¿t pay attention to the star rating. Best westerns are known to be very nice. This was just an Old hotel. Room very noisy. I thought for sure the window had been left open you could hear anyone standing outside your room talking.

The staff were helpful. They even gave welcome snack package. Breakfast was good as well.

Lots of flies inside the room. There were dirty hanging towels in the bathroom but fresh towels as well. The toilette under the seat was dirty.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Welcomed with a snack tray and waters for the room. Reliable free Internet, well maintained pool area and grounds. We enjoyed our stay.

doors open to outside. did not tell us that. noisy ac

Reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The people and the breakfast.

Older hotel.

Location and amenities

Bathtub faucet and assembly was quite loose. Should be repaired.

The breakfast was great

Smoke stained non smoking room.

Our non smoking room was very much smoked in. Staff had no other rooms available so we still stayed in it but it was terrible.

...nothing really. If I had to pick one thing it would be the gentleman at the reception. He was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this did not make the room/our stay better.

The room, the floor was dirty, the bathroom was tiny, the toilet could be found in a daycare it was that low to the ground, the lobby to eat breakfast at was cramped and hot, the air conditioner was very loud and either too cold or too hot.

I don't eat any of it, not up to the quality I am use to for breakfast.

Shabby outside, bedroom carpet awful, shabby looking and old caulking in the bathroom - cleaners did great considering.

The hotel room was definitely older but updated. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We did not use the shower so not sure about the water pressure but It had a microwave, fridge, iron and ironing board. I liked that there were sufficient USB charging ports for our electronics. Clean towels, and the pool was nice.

While the room overall was clean there was food on the floor that I found when I went to get into bed. I did not prefer the breakfast. They did have waffles and cereal but nothing to accommodate people with allergies or intolerance so I could not partake in eating any breakfast there.

The bed was comfortable and everything appeared to be clean. Good information in the binder including television channels.

We were greeted with a hot, musty-smelling room. It took a while to figure out that the air-conditioning unit was located high up on an inside wall with a separate thermostat. The layout of the room was puzzling and poor with a lack of counter space for making coffee, using hair rollers, etc. There were not enough electrical outlets. Not the hotel's fault, but the construction on the road leading up to the motel was inconvenient and, if there had been rain, would have been a muddy mess.
