I had to go to the front desk at 9:PM to correct booking mistakes by day shift. I had people walk right into my room because staff failed to do their job, it was inconvenient at best.

the room was not what we expected. The toilet didn't work correctly, the sink was not very good.
The breakfast was good.
The room was creepy. The bathroom light didn't work. The mirror was leaning on the counter unattached to the wall. There was an overflowing garbage can outside our door.
