Four Points by Sheraton Rock Springs

Clean, friendly staff and the room quality was exceptional! Hotel is also affordable! Highly recommend!

The hotel is under construction, and there is a mess everywhere and so many things to list. I don’t have enough time to put it down. The pool was closed and seedy people around the outside of the hotel.

Clean comfortable room. The breakfast option for a made to order omelet was a nice surprise (and delicious).

Clean, good location, great breakfast. Room was very clean.

The beds were to soft

I walk with a cane, It said pet friendly when I reserved. When I got there I was informed pet rooms are on either end of floors 2 and 3.

The bathtub/shower in our room almost caused me to fall, maybe breaking a bone or worse. The bottom of the tub was not flat but U-shaped, and there were no grab bars.

We got a king suite to accommodate our 3 dogs traveling with us, the room was huge and fit us all well. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices.

Only negative was the room upstairs was very loud for a bit but did not impact our stay.

Older male employee with a long beard very odd behavior giving me hostile suspicious stares- unsettling for an exhausted sick female traveler, room smells like raw sewage.

Room itself was updated and clean. Breakfast was excellent with made to order omelets (shockingly good)

Common areas in need of updates and cleaning. Room HVAC did not have constant fan so cycling kept us awake. Needed to get fan from nearby Walmart to suppress hallway and outside noise.

Good proximity to what I was doing. Great breakfast provided.

Originally put me in a room that hadn¿t been cleaned, but switched me as soon as I let them know. They were apologetic for the mistake.

Bar and restaurant attached. Free breakfast includes eggs and omelettes made to order. Rooms very clean. Hotel has be rehabbed.

The entire hotel seems a little worn and dated. Could definitely use an interior update. Everything also a little shabby.

Very clean nice room. Lots of amenities available. In house restaurant a nice bonus for weary travelers.

Right off I80. Convenient. Breakfast was okay.

Room smelled like pool. Pool was sectioned off so I could not swim laps.

Beautiful indoor pool that was heated! A yummy omelet breakfast included! Free coffee and clean!

We stayed here on our way to visit Grand Teton National Park. Exceptionally nice lobby and rooms. Hot breakfast with homemade omelettes. Front desk personnel were very pleasant.

It was very run down and the smell and finishes were completely unacceptable. They were so worried about me having pets. I think having pets is the least of their worries. This place is down right nasty! I can¿t believe I spent money to stay here.

Front desk lady was very unfriendly. I had to wait for her to count her entire drawer before even acknowledging I was standing there. When I told her of my dogs she was not happy at all. Outside stairs very sharp metal for dogs feet.

Iwe liked the breakfast and the warm pool.. The location of the hotel worked well with our travels.

There was nothing we did not like..
