Quality Inn Rock Springs - Green River

it is brand new and they put high end materials luke power blinds in it also there breakfast was terriffic

Location

Tub drain clog and the hum of a room (window style) AC.

Pets allowed, parking in front of your door, free breakfast including hot waffles.

No hot tub

Could park near the room. Restaurants were close. It was ok, we had a place to put our head down for the night.

The door was hard to open and close.

Eggs and sausage.

No screen on door. Lots of bugs around motel. Old (in a bad way) feel to motel ... needs updating.

The room was clean

This hotel has the doors opened to the outside. Not a big fan of that. The fitness room was 93* with the front seat not able to fix it.

They checked someone else in under our name leaving everything all messed up. It was a disaster. The area seemed scary to stay in. We did not feel safe.

Not canceling stay when the job was finished. Just out the money for second reservation.

The vehicles racing around the hotel. The electrical that looked melted. The electrical that had half of a prong hanging out of it . The door didn?t close all the way to the outside. The room was 90 degrees when we entered. Bathroom fan didn?t work.

Price

This was not a Hotel it was a Motel that was pretty rundown. Area was not the best

Helpfulness of staff.

Flapper valve on toilet leaked, so tank periodically refilled during the night. There was a tear in the carpet that could have posed a trip hazard.

The staff was very friendly

Rooms need updated. Our door would not close from the outside unless we used the key

Towel quality

Broken A/C, broken door lock, broken shower faucet handle.

The free breakfast bar! It was excellent.

The carpet in the hotel were a outdated but they looked clean.

Not much

This was rated way to high. Frist room was dirty and smelled like smoke. The second room was cleaner, but still smelled like smoke. The carpet was sticky and tore around the door. This will be the only time they my money

The breakfast was delicious.

The cleanliness of the room was not great (shampoo bottles were very dirty) and the missing plate on an electrical outlet could be dangerous.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was very nice.

Clean, beds and pillows were comfortable , quiet, breakfast had everything I could want- bacon, eggs, oatmeal, waffles, fancy bagels, etc etc. staff was nice and helpful.

Outdoor entrance. Parking lot especially needs updating.

Large, spacious room. Room was quite warm; wasnt able to get AC to cool. Too tired to ask desk for assistance. Im sure they would have.
