the bed was comfortable and the staff were nice and considerate.

You could hear everything going on upstairs, we couldnt even sleep. The shower was cold even with it turned on hot only.

At night, on the Friday night we stayed, it was a little loud outside-there was an intoxicated couple groping outside of our window and being loud. The hotel can't control who is staying there, and we understand families being loud, but grown adults...

Everything was very clean and the amenities were great. I really liked the large shower.

The beds were a bit firm for my liking and the pillows super flat. They had no extra pillows. They were on backorder.

Someone tried to walk into my room while I was sleeping, I woke up and the bolt on the door was half open as if someone had tried to open the door while it was bolted shut.

The jetted tub was very nice. Bed was comfortable.

There was no lamp on one side of the bed. Not enough plugs at bedside for electronics and Cpap machines. There was no maid service due to Covid, but we didn't know this. We had to get our towels at the front desk.

The continental breakfast was fairly good, and well maintained during the busy morning.

I rented a king suite with a sofa bed, and the picture online looked very nice. When we went in the room I was very disappointed. The room was a handicap room, and the sofa bed was a chair with a foot rest. It was definitely not what I had expected.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel employee at the front desk was very helpful in getting me computer access so I could print out my boarding passes. Service is among the best I have ever had during my travels.

The water was not hot. Lukewarm shower. Also, the jets on the hot tub were broken.

Great location for us. Worked out well for us to get to funeral service and contact relatives.

Really do need a small area for convenience. Sell asprin, tooth brush and tooth paste,upset stomach items and esuch would really help out!

We have never had a problem with a Hampton Inn property. This one was very clean and nice.

The staff were some of the most friendliest and genuine that I have experienced in all of my hotel experiences. They exceeded my expectations, if I am ever in this part of the country again I would certainly stay here.

Great staff, very nice hotel. I would definitely stay there again.
