Sweetwater Lodge - Rock Springs - Green River

Location and staff. Breakfast was good except there was no meat like sausage or bacon. Lobby was nice

Bed was small and room could have been a little cleaner

Staff was not around when we showed up. We had to wait for them to come out of their personal area. The building smelled like chlorine. The room smelled very musty, and the beds did as well. The beds were sunk in in the middle. Furniture was beat up

Clean, comfortable. Easy check in. Pretty lobby. Good service.

Breakfast was good. They even had oatmeal that was cooked and not in a package.

Beds and pillows were average. Not memory foam.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to a very late check in. The property is beautiful and is relaxing as soon as you walk through the doors.

The most expensive stay with the oldest/dated hotel.

The shower did not work and I was unable to shower. The water sprayed from a detachable shower head.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean but you could tell it was older and well used. I found it very easy to find. I loved that it had pleanty of well lit parking. Bathroom was very clean.

Breakfast was very poor. poor selection and eggs tasted nothing like real thing. Im a siliac and found there was not alot of gluten free options. Staff was unaware of the disease.

The fitness center is small but fine and got the job done. Great to have that. Check in was great and easy. The place is clean and perfectly fine.

The mountain view rooms have I-80 running past and so get a lot of road noise.

Sweetwater was very nice. The rooms were good sized, clean and had good imenities (microwave, fridge). The location was fairly good. It was a little close to the interstate but couldn't hear a lot of noise.

Unfortunately their breakfast and coffee could use an overhaul. Coffee and (powdered eggs) were tasteless. No real options for someone with food allergies ( I'm gluten intolerant).

Location near I-80 and cleanliness. Good breakfast.

Bed was uncomfortable.Some light bulbs were burnt out. Toilet seat was loose and almost falling off. I had to repair it so we could use it.

Check-in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean and lobby area is immaculate. Quiet hotel even with pets. Our stay over was strictly to sleep, eat and get on the road. There were a lot of meal options (fast food) to choose from. Since we had such a pleasant experience heading west, we chose to stay here again when heading back east.

We did not have any negative experiences while staying here on either occasion. We did not have the breakfast since we checked out before 6am, but we would have liked to have fresh coffee before leaving (other than the small coffee maker in our room--we were not able to fill up our travel mugs in the lobby on the way out)

Comfortable and clean little hotel with easy access on a road trip. Dog friendly, comfortable room, friendly staff. Room itself was very nice for the price, location, and date.

better lighting in the room would help the overall feel. Some deeper cleaning/new paint could help elevate overall feel.

This is a very clean hotel and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quite large and well appointed....the bed, however, was not very comfortable and had a large sag in the middle. Our room was also on the I-80 side of the building and VERY noisy - All.Night.Long. We would stay here again if still a great value, but would definitely request a non-interstate facing room.

I liked how it was clean. I also liked the man behind the desk when we checked in. The room he gave us was not roomy for us. I went to the man in the check in area and asked if we could have the same room we had a week prior. He accommodated us with that room, which was bigger.

The room we received had a connecting door. It was also way smaller than other rooms. Also, it looked like it wasn't updated as the previous room we had one week prior.

I didn't actually ask for a quiet room so not sure where that came from.

Breakfast was fine, glad there were eggs at least but the rest were carbs.
