Very friendly staff. I liked all the artwork. Like visiting an art gallery.

He forgot to put a receipt under the door. I had to ask for it when leaving. Not a big problem.

Worst motel experience ever! Filthy carpet and furniture. Couldn¿t get hot water to the faucets for 5 to 10 minutes and then it was Luke warm. No continental breakfast. Coffee and granola bars and coffee pot didn¿t work. No front desk in AM. No resol

Lower price than other hotels in area. Owner was friendly and a great help with questions about restaurants. Rooms and halls are decorated with western art. Hotel is clean considering its aged.

Hotel is old with wood floors and worn carpet. You hear everyone walking on floors.

Almost everything. I felt scammed by the reviews. Most were positive and led us to believe it was a rustic western lodge. We decided to go for it. Nothing could further from the truth. Initial reaction upon seeing it was : oh God, this is a dump."

The hotel is old and very dated. Looking back we felt it was overpriced for what we got compared to other hotels.

It was so quite. The rustic atmosphere. The bed was perfect, the pillows were perfect. And very clean. My best sleep ever!

I like the rustic western charm of the entrance and lobby.

While it is pretty clean, there are issues, the room was just worn out and needs renovation. Too much caulk trying to be used to cover up woodwork issues. Shower curtain was sour smelling. The room has an odor. Not obnoxious, but unpleasant.

The thing I liked best was the personal touch from the owner. Super sweet man who waited up for me because I was a ding bat and made the reservation without considering I'd hit a different time zone driving. I called and he kindly waited up for us.

The price was perfect and the location was good.

Coffee was not available in the room only in the lobby.

Unique, not a cookie cutter chain motel. Great old west styling and wonderful staff. Definitely will stay here again.

Not a thing. Despite an unexpected sleet and snow storm, the staff performed above and beyond what we've come to expect from modern chains. Friendly and helpful.

This motel was exactly what I needed. It was comfortable, clean quiet, and reasonable. The manager was friendly and helpful. I came to Rawlins for a family visit, so was only there at nite.

The water pressure in the shower was low, but otherwise was very satisfied with my stay.

The staff were awesome and went above and beyond to help out.

It is an older motel, but I knew that going in.
