Best Western Cottontree Inn

It gave us a place to stay

We upgraded to this Best Western so we could use the hot tub. As reported in previous ratings the pool and hot tub were not available. I was told the hotel hadn’t been able to obtain chemicals. This has gone on for a while with no notice on web site.

Will never stay again. Front desk staff ride, short and showed no concern other than getting us out the door and into our room .

Good breakfast selection, clean and spacious rooms

Pool was closed in the morning because of ?unsafe conditions? (and we had been swimming the night before!)

Needs updating- especially the carpeting. Never found the elevator, had to carry suitcases upstairs. Needs a black out shade. The curtains let light in from the inside corridor at the top and sides.

Staff were very helpful during check in and check out. I just had surgery and they offered a wheelchair if I needed it. They directed us to the easiest route to get to our room. Room was clean and cool, and the shower was a walk-in shower which I booked.

Staff and the beds. Staff was pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful. Beds were wonderfully comfortable. Slept well and woke up rested.

Hallways and room could have been better vacuumed, but by the same token people that stay in hotels could be less dirty and more considerate of the messes they leave for staff to clean up.

It was easy to find, the pool area was very clean and a great refresh on our road-trip. Staff was very friendly & kind! Breakfast was better than expected. Will definitely stay here in the future.

The breakfast was good

I booked 2 rooms, they both were VERY dirty, carpet ripped, computer chair had dirty n was ripped up. The bathroom was nice but had hair all stuck along the sink. I stay at hotels often and this was the worse hotel, usually best western is good

Very good staff. Really enjoyed the guy that did the breakfast. He was extremely friendly even with a very big group because of the weather

Excellent location, right off the highway. They are pet friendly. The room was clean and quiet.

The staff tried to be as accommodating as possible, but you could tell that they were overwhelmed.

My 1st room was dirty & they gave me a double room (I had paid extra for a king room). The bathroom floor was dirty, I couldn't get thru to the lounge to order dinner, & the curtain didn't close all the way so people in the hallway could see into the room

I did not get the room that I booked, very duty, disorganized and short staff.

Dirty towels i9n room, towels stained, soap dish dirty, toilet not very clean, bath mat scary looking, no coffee cups, carpets outside room dirty, having a breakfast buffet with no additional precautions
