Quality Inn Rawlins I-80

Convenient to highway. I'd read the reviews about the musty/smoke smell so was a bit trepid about staying here, but it wasn't terrible so we decided to stay. Just know it's small town WY so manage your expectations

It could stand to be updated, but the bed was fairly comfortable. I don't like that breakfast ends at 9AM - not all of us are on a tight schedule and this is way too early to end breakfast. Don't give out peanuts to guests, allergy alert anyone!?

There is nothing good about this hotel.

I had to changes rooms. There was blood on my pillow, animal pee on the floor, dirty everywhere. The room we were switched to was just as bad. Very very dirty.

The staff

The shower (and the curtain) had mold. The room was stuffy. The whole place smelled like weed.

We never stayed. It was so run-down, NO ONE managing counter or would even come when rang their doorbell 3 times. There were 2 numbers to call and those went straight to text. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK! This motel gave you the eebie-jeebies.

See above - NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS MOTEL. You should take off your list. If I’m not refunded I’ll let everyone know and will cancel credit card.

The location

The lamp was broken so phones didn’t charge overnight. Ice maker in hall was broken. Breakfast was inedible.

They have a crack head a room key to my room, and my room was broken in to at 3 am.

The room smelt like cat pee and the bathroom had kitty litter all over the floor,

Run down, bathroom was disgusting, mattress was old and lumpy

Motel was too dangerous, filthy, and couldn't open room door!

Location

Drama at check in. Moved to another hotel across the street where we could hear the workers gathered outside our door, for hours after bedtime.

Proximity to Interstate, dining, and fuel for my automobile

Bathroom looked like a rookie tried to renovate it and didn't get help before calling it good.

The breakfast was horrible. The staff was rude and didn't even try to help with it.

Very old building--new carpeting doesn't change the old and dated rooms. Thin walls. Uncomfortable mattresses. Lumpy comforters. Thin walls. Had an EMPLOYEE trying to break into our room at 11 pm! WHY?? And asked that mgr contact us-still waiting.

The room was cold Took all night to warm up. The doors didn't work to the room or to get back in from the outside.did not work at all had to front door to get back in will never stay there again.

We were tired and this was a place to sleep. It was hard to locate.

The hotel was formerly a Travelodge and was not what we were expecting in a Quality Inn

A good night's rest. Nice beds, and main area was clean. Quiet night.

The refrigerator freezer was frozen shut and not usable.

It didn¿t take long to check in once I was at the front desk.

Yes, The gentleman at the desk. He lied to those who were in front of me at the counter. And the outside door to the hotel didn¿t really lock. I learned that just as I was leaving :(

Nice remodeled room

Breakfast was awful they should just skip it if they are going to leave the empty containers out

The beds were clean and comfortable.

The bathroom walls were falling apart the tile was missing it did not look anything like the online picture. It needs some work and updates.
