Staff was great and rooms were clean

Rooms were noisy. You hear the tv?s in adjacent rooms and the elevator when running.

The reservationist at the front desk, was amazing!!! My wife and I had driven from Boise,ID thru a storm. She offered us bottles of water, cookies and hot coffee from the front desk. Offered to help in anything we needed. Excellent and courteous!!!

Easy on off location. Close to restaurants. Rooms were clean.

Shower was terrible. Shower head sprayed all over. Noisy room , asked for a quiet room. Staff seemed put out when I went to check out

We liked the accuracy of the rooms description. We were traveling with 2 adults and 3 children. This room gave us the space we needed and wanted. Thank you!

guests in room next to us fighting drunk 11:30 till@ 4:00am complained to front desk.. no answer the first time and only quieted them down for a few minutes

the size of the room was excellent

breakfast was terrible. waffle maker was broken, which is huge when you have kids, eggs were cold and they were out of bagels. we left hungry. sofa sleeper was terrible. I don't expect a lot with a sofa sleeper, but feel the mattress should be better

The front desk clerk. He was very patient with us when we had to change rooms twice.

YES! The bottom floor (Rooms 105, 107) had a horrible smell. It was so bad that I got a headache within minutes of being there. The front desk clerk informed us that it was some plant close by and the smell seemed to get trapped in that wing.

the bedding had weird light that shined in it when it moved freaked us out we just had to sleep with one flat sheet

The description online lead me to believe this was in a better location than it is. It is just off the freeway, near abandoned restaurants and not near town. The room was clean and as expected.

Location. Almost all Hampton Inns are clean and provide a great service.

The door to my room was propped open when I got to it. I called the front desk to ask why and they just kind of blew me off like it happened all of the time. Way over priced for the room.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was delicious, lots to choose from. The pool and hot tub were nice.

I wasn't aware that there was a $25 deposit. I was told that it would be refunded right when I check out, but it's been 2 days and it's still not refunded.

A nice clean hotel with a good breakfast bar.
