    • Staff was nice
    • Staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. We did upgrade from a wagon to a cabin due to the weather. Especially staff who checked us in. We didn't have a reservation for a cabin.

    Cons -

    • Short, uneven cots with thin, floppy mattresses. Dirty, dusty, sandy room floor. Uneven, poorly illuminated walkway to distant bathroom. Tipi not closeable due to broken straps.
    • Horses were just a few feet away from the wagon we stayed in and they were very smelly and noise. They ran four wheelers later at night and early in the morning on the road past where we were sleeping.
    • The room had no extra amenities, but it had indoor plumbing, so I was happy. The room didn't have heat in the bathroom, till you turned on the shower. So during shower time, it was fine. The shower was huge. We were surprised about "free range cattle".

I loved the serenity, and beautiful setting.

My wife disliked having to go so far from wagon to the bathroom, at night with bear warnings. Personally, I loved it. Maybe I'll come back with my sons, but not my wife.

Pictures showed bunk beds, it was just cots, with a gravel floor¿. Was a card only facility I suppose in the spring/fall it would be great but with kids a 90 degree day with no ventilation the teepees would be more like a sweat tent than a comfortable

Good location to visit the Tetons.....great views of them from the camp, excellent stargazing ona clear night. This is not glamping ...this is much like tent camping only they setup the tent and there are beds.....and you're on a ranch...

    Location was nice

It didn¿t look like it had been cleaned. There were no linens. Still hair from previous guest on pillows. Bathroom was very dirty.

We liked how close this was to the Grand Teton National Park. We liked the view experience of the covered wagon and seeing horse ranch up close. We liked the lounge with the pool table.

The bathrooms and showers were simply disgusting. We paid to shower at the national park. In addition there are not near enough bathrooms and showers for the amount of people staying in wagons and teepees. We advise renting a cabin here with a bathroom.

    Location

Crazy expensive food that had no taste. Rude staff charges togo fee plus 18% auto gratuity.

    Location and uniqueness of lodging.

No sign on bathhouse nor directions on how to get to it from wagons. Really hard to even find wagon in the dark.

Worst hotel experience in my life. Heater did't work and temperatures got down to 23 degrees. Though requested,Manager never came to help. Toilet overflowing. Manager ignored. Horse coral next door with flies all around. Paid extra for towels & sheets!

    Location in Grand Teton park.

The resort is rustic and the covered wagon we stayed in was ok but getting to the bathroom/shower building was not the best as it is right by the horse corals. Overall, it was an experience.

    8KellyPosted on: 7-7-2021

The staff was energetic and worked hard to meet our needs. The location was close to all of the parks and the city of Jackson and the Teton Villages.

The bathrooms were pretty filthy. Well the floor was. Don¿t know what they can do to change that because of the sand and loose dirt that surrounds the place.

    7ShannonPosted on: 8-9-2020

The view of the Tetons and river, plus experience of sleeping in a covered wagon was worth the stay. We listened to coyotes during the night and woke up to horses in the morning. A step up from a campground.

Shared bathrooms were not clean, but we noticed someone cleaning as were leaving.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-23-2019

The rustic ambiance was great. And we really loved stepping out the door of our covered wagon & seeing the gorgeous landscape laid out before the Tetons.

Our heater had problems, which had been ongoing since June (according to staff), and it finally died for good our last night. When my husband told the clerk at check it the next day, she said she'd had no knowledge of it. Something's awry with this.

    10MarkPosted on: 9-17-2019

The unheated tepee kept the wind and rain off of us and had nice mattresses and blankets. Bathrooms 100 ft away had hot water and heat and were moderately clean. The executive lounge was awesome games, couches and hunting trophies and beer. Cafe was OK.

I was fine with the ambiance given the budget pricing.

The kids loved staying in a covered wagon!

Our 2nd night at 2: am a bus load of extremely rude , loud drunks pulled up right beside our wagon- yelling, the ?leader of the group was even louder yelling out the time to meet the next morning etc. definitely left a distaste rather than fond memorie
