The staff was very helpful and friendly. Eva in the breakfast area gave me local interests spots.

They charged me 113$ in fee for my dogs which is NOt listed on the website. Then when I left the hotel I saw my bank statement for a extra 56$ charge.

The breakfast was great. The rooms were very clean.

We could not get the room cooled down so we opened the window.

The bathroom was dirty! There were coffee grinds or a lot of shaving remnants in the sink. The floor was dirty and no bathroom sink soap or any other hands cream, nothing on the sink for consumables.

The atmosphere and cleanliness of the inside and outside. You can tell they really take pride in this hotel. Staff was very accommodating went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. From room to weather with travel conditions

Better signage to get to the hotel, Main Street was easily missed. However not something that would loose my business

The bath tub was dirty. We put the baby in the bath tub and some nasty black stuff came from the overflow drain.

Except for the hotel's 'breakfast included' there are no eating or shopping places within walking distance. The breakfast did have a good variety of choices.

Location was good and amenities. Breakfast was good too.

Rooms need updated and beds aren¿t comfortable. They have a wood base that makes a lot of noise when you move while sleeping.

I have stayed at this location several times as my parents live there. Under my name and or my siblings the rooms have been clean. This time the room was not. I was to tired when I got to the room to mention it.

Cleanliness and care here were uniformly excellent across public and private areas, even with an unexpected winter storm. Staff at all levels were friendly and cordial. This two day stay was a superior experience.

Very clean and staff was super friendly. Even with COVID-19 changing the way you do the continental breakfast we are still very pleased with our stay. Breakfast was organized well and we only waited a few minutes.

It took 30 mins of standing in the lobby at 11pm to check in. The front desk person was nowhere to be found. Instructions said to call a certain number and she would be right with us but the number rang and rang. Very unprofessional and infuriating.

The staff was pleasant and helpful at all times. The hotel was always clean and quiet even with a soccer tournament.night clerk went above and beyond. She was professional and made you feel welcome. She is the reason to come back.

The front desk staff was very helpful and accomodating. The night desk person knew of issues in some of the rooms and had maintenance check the rooms before checking us in. Everyone was all smiles and very personable. Would visit again.
