Location is a convenient, quick exit off the highway.

We weren't looking for anything fancy - just a quick, no-frills hotel overnight stay - but this place was sub-par all-around. Our room walls were patched (poorly), carpet was old and yucky, some light fixtures did not work, bathtub drain was partially plugged, i.e., a run-down hotel. I accidentally left my Oral B electric toothbrush in its travel case in my hotel room, discovered the mistake 4 hours later, called the hotel but nobody answered and the answering machine wasn't working so I left messages for the hotel through Booking.com...no response. Booking.com also couldn't get ahold of them. Finally the next afternoon a front desk person answered the phone and I offered again that I could have a friend drop by and pick up my electric toothbrush left in Room 204... they claimed never to have found it, even after several persistent calls from me that it absolutely was left there. Dishonest.

That the heaters work in all rooms before they are rented to customers. Our room was freezing cold and the heater didn’t work.

That the heater didn’t work in our room and it was freezing cold in our room. The beds are super uncomfortable and there was stains on the pillow cases and sheets. I feel that the room wasn’t cleaned before we checked into the room.

Everything customer service. Double charged me. I will never stay there again

Clean and very comfortable. Also very quiet
