Hot tub was working. Variety of protein options at breakfast: egg & cheese omelets; egg white/vegetable omelets; turkey & pork sausage

The bed was comfortable

Our room was right next to the elevator and across from the vending machines. It also backed up to the I80 freeway. The staff was rude and no help regarding my noise complaint.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. Our breakfast was good also.

The sign next to the road was faded and hard to see.

Bunk beds for kids in separate area. Plates, bowls and cutlery with detergent.

Was put in handicapped room, bathtub so full of gear could not use comfortably, water never got very hot

The room was nice and clean . It meant our expectations. Lots of breakfast choices. We would stay here again.

Clean, convenient, all the amenities from coffee in the room to a nice big pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Breakfast was great , air conditioner was amazing !!quiet all night ! Comfy bed!!

The staff was odd. They told us we entered the hotel incorrectly¿??? Then at 10:30, we walked into the hot tub area and staff came running to let us know that it closed at 11. The same person had told us the hours 10min prior.

Good value. Clean facilities, Good location. Friendly front desk personnel.

It was very clean comfy and lots of space and they were very accommodating with me my wife and our 5 month old son which is a big deal because I'm a disabled veteran.

Only that they didn't have Splenda or sf syrup

Hotel was clean and exactly what we needed for the short stay.

The bathtub creaked REALLY bad in our room. Like to the point I was scared to stand in it to shower that it might fall through the next floor. Otherwise it was great.

The public areas were very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The shower in our room made a terrible squealing noise when turned on.

The room was spacious, clean, warm upon arrival. Everything worked and was in good repair. If I had a complaint it would be the tub creaking when you are standing in it, showering. Staff was professional, friendly. Lots of choices for breakfast. Nice!

The front desk person was warm and welcoming. She did a fantastic job especially given the circumstances (snowstorm and lots of stranded / anxious travelers). Kudos to her for being so friendly, helpful, and personable despite it all.

General Manager is very nice. Nice pool area. Rooms are nice.

Some of the front desk staff are a little surly.

Not really

I have stayed here 3 times in my cross country travels. This place is always super clean.

Heat/AC system a bit outdated. I never take advantage of the morning breakfast but had to this time due to time constraints. I felt micromanaged by staff while trying to grab a few items for the road.

Cleanliness outstanding - Front Clerk Staff outstanding - Other staff friendly and very cordial. Morning breakfast items were excellent and well thought out. Distribution of breakfast items during this Covid time was outstanding and very safe!
